Lean Fundamentals for the Service Professional

This workshop is a full day of highly interactive training facilitated by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt aimed at simplifying office and transaction based processes.  Attendees learn a core set of Lean Six Sigma problem solving tools they can apply to their job to start making improvements the next day.  This is a perfect workshop for professionals who heavily utilize computers in their role (sales, customer service, insurance, healthcare, banking, estimating, engineering, contracting, education, finance, human resources, etc.)  Click for the full workshop description.

Continuous Improvement Program Implementations

If you want to create a culture of improvement with all employees contributing to improving business results - we will work with you to develop a Company Specific Implementation Plan that includes an cultural assessment, training, resource planning, project portfolio management, alignment of business metrics, organizational change, and management systems to instill an improvement program that self-perpetuates.  We apply evidence-based practices in a highly customized fashion to ensure you are getting exactly what you need for your continuous improvement program.  If you are wondering what this may look like for your organization, we should talk. ​

Continuous Improvement Project Facilitation

​If you have a workflow problem – maybe the turnaround time takes a lot longer than it should, maybe errors are constantly being fixed, or you have frequent customer complaints.   Maybe you’ve tried solutions and the problem is still there or you’ve added an extra layer of work to “double-check”.  If this is happening, we can work with you and use the structured Lean Six Sigma problem solving process to understand the current situation, determine the “pain points”, help you implement fixes, and then make permanent changes so that the problem doesn't come back again.  If you have one of these types of problems, we’d like to hear about it.

Lean Six Sigma "Belt" Training for Managers and Leaders

We provide training for organizations and also conduct open-enrollment sessions on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt.  The structure of our belt training is a blended learning model where students work one-on-one with a Master Black Belt coach.  The focus of our approach is to ensure our students have a far greater depth of understanding beyond memorization and quiz taking.  We work to develop a confidence within our students so they continue executing improvement projects long after the training is complete.  Click to learn more about our blended learning offerings.

Lean Six Sigma Coaching

​We can add flexible capacity to help project leaders increase the number of completed projects, expand upon your continuous improvement training, or help with deployment to evolve your program to the next level of maturity.  We provide contracted one-on-one deployment coaching and project coaching to give you additional time and expertise for your growing improvement program.  Chances are you already have improvement efforts in process and are aware of your program’s time or knowledge constraints.  Let’s have a conversation about what is holding your organization back and how we may be able to supplement your efforts.
