Our Services

Pre-Assessment Audits
A pre-assessment audit is a complete audit of the quality management system to determine readiness for a certification audit by a registrar.  Pre-assessment audits compare the requirements of the standard (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, AS9100, TS16949, etc.) to the company's documentation and actual business practices.   Our pre-assessment audit report includes recommendations on how to correct nonconformances and make the necessary changes to help ensure a smooth certification audit.

Internal Quality Management System Audits
Our experienced auditor will perform on-site internal quality management system audits comparing your operations to the standard(s) (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, AS9100, TS16949, etc.) your organization is certified to.  We will provide written audit reports that satisfy the documentation requirements of the standard and outline observations, opportunities for improvement, and nonconformances.  Our involvement can be as little as performing a one time audit, all the way to managing the planning and execution of your entire internal audit program.

Supplier Quality Management System Audits
Many organizations qualify their key suppliers through an on-site assessment or quality management system audit against the requirements of ISO 9001 or other applicable standard.  We offer experienced auditors to perform on-site quality management system audits of your suppliers and will provide written reports that outline opportunities for improvement and nonconformances.    We have the ability to perform supplier management system audits as needed or manage the entire supplier assessment process.

Document (Paper) Audit
Our professional auditor will review your quality management system documentation looking for opportunities to improve the documentation, recommend best practices, and compare the content of the documents to the requirements of the standard(s) (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, AS9100, TS16949, etc.).  Document audits are typically conducted without a site visit.

Gap Assessment Audits
For organizations starting down the path of certification and wanting to know how far they have to go, or organizations who are currently certified and need to be compliant with the latest revision of the standard.  We provide a full system assessment and a documented gap analysis so you can create an actionable plan.
