Simplified Project Management
Professionals are often faced with situations in their organization where it seems that everyone agrees on the actions that need to be taken to complete a project or objective, but project leaders and team members attend countless meetings where it seems the activities and assignments are not clear, things are not progressing as quickly as they should, people are waiting for information, or assignments just don’t seem to be getting done. In short, people are working on the problem, but the coordination of the effort is holding the team back.
This workshop will introduce you to the Organize & Execute tool (O&E) and a process that can be universally applied within your organization to effectively manage a project including:
Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or other mobile device with Microsoft Excel in order to use the electronic O&E template. Attendees without a laptop or mobile device will be provided with the paper version of the template.

Prioritizing & Action Planning
As leaders and professionals in today’s world, all of us have more on our plate than ever before, and (if we’re honest) more than we have any hope of getting done in the near future! The truth is that more and more will be added before we’re even done with what’s already there. We’ve also all experienced the truism that “when everything’s a top priority, nothing’s a top priority”. So what do you work on first? What should fill up your calendar? How do you balance all the demands for your time and attention? And once you decide what to work on, where do you start and how do you keep it moving so you don’t have to start over?
These and other key questions will be addressed with practical and simple tools in this workshop on prioritizing and action planning. Here are some key take-aways:
